Civil Marriage Ceremony:
We do have a civil Ceremony Licence and would recommend a maximum
of 55 guests. The room hire charge for a civil Ceremony is £75.00.
Room Arrangements:
Once you have both chosen a date for your Special Day, a deposit
of £250.00 will secure your booking. Unfortunately this charge is non-refundable.
Menus:
From a range of fresh local produce and meats, we ask you to pick
one choice per course to make up a set menu for your Wedding; however if any of your guests have any dietary requirements
we will be more than happy to offer an alternative. A vegetarian option is, of course, always available for pre ordering.
Children’s dishes are also available, if you have any preferences please ask.
Entertainment:
We can recommend an evening disco for you; the charge will be £120.00.
We can also recommend harpists, bands and singers if you should so require.
Music is allowed until midnight. Residents can then relax in the
comfort of our bars. Which are open to your guests until midnight

Terms
and Conditions
Accommodation
Upon confirmation of your booking, all bedrooms will be
reserved for your party. The rooming list at the back of this pack should be used to notify us of your accommodation requirements
and should be returned to us no less than 28 days in advance.
Any changes made within this period will remain chargeable.
Guest Numbers
We request notification of guest numbers as early as possible.
Final numbers should be notified to us 7 days in advance. Any changes made within 7 days will remain chargeable.
Taxis
Taxis should be arranged for no later than 12.15. We respectfully
request that guests keep noise to a minimum whilst leaving the premises to ensure that any inconvenience caused to our neighbours
is kept to a minimum.
Confetti
We kindly ask guests to refrain from using confetti either
inside the hotel or close to the hotel entrance. Confetti may be used either on the lawn or close to the honeysuckle arch.
If confetti is used in or near the hotel entrance, we regret to inform you a surcharge of £25 will be charged in order to
cover the additional cleaning.
Deposits
Regrettably deposits are non-refundable. Availability should
be confirmed with the church or registrar prior to payment of deposit.
Late Bar
The public bar closes strictly at midnight. A late bar
is available by prior arrangement for residents only providing all non-residents have departed the hotel by 12.15am. The bar
will re-open at 12.15am and remain open until 2.00am. The cost of this service is £50 and we stress that this must be arranged
in advance. Should circumstances dictate then the management have the right to close the bar at any point.
